Early pregnancy after csection

ECS mom last july lost my daughter at 32weeks.I did not use any contraceptive after i gave birth because i am confident i wont get pregnant easily due to PCOS we practice calendar method and withdrawal. Later found out im 5weeks pregnant. I would like to hear successful stories and tips from those moms like me who got pregnant early after csection. Im bit worried about my situation although my OB/PERINAT advice to TTC is 6months after csection. 😔
