What to do?

During my previous growth scan , the doctor said that the blood flow from the placenta to my baby is slow. Is there any solution for this? I've tried to search but can't seem to find the right answer. Doctor only said we have to monitor and see and there is nothing that we can do now. Just wondering if anyone have the same experience?

My 20wk scan showed smaller size baby and likely due to blood flow problem. Was prescribed baby aspirin for better blood flow and advised to eat more red meats and drink milk to help with baby’s growth. At 32wks now baby’s growing well and no longer on the small side.

did you ask the doctor? usually body structures in such fragile areas is hard to intervene. but monitor first, may get better

My gyne suggested me to sleep on left side, ideal for mum and baby
