Raw food like sashimi, undercooked beef, half boiled or raw eggs, deli ham, soft cheeses No pineapple Limit caffeine - coffee, tea, coke No alcohol

Raw vegs from outside, ginseng, herbal stuff unless you check first

No shark meat due to high Mercury content. Limit tuna as well.
