Are they quite tight on finance? I know what you mean even though it is thoughts that count. My in laws don't give a lot for Ang bao and for her first year birthday I don't think they gave her anything too. I will have that same thought as you but I won't let it linger long.

I don expect alot. But definitely to be honest i wouldnt expect them to give $6... not even a $10. Giving ang baos to some strangers could easily $6-$10 let alone this is first grandson.
