Does using KY jelly to enable painless insertion of penis during sexual intercourse reduce the chances of conceiving?
There's another lubricant in the market that markets itself as pregnancy friendly. Like it actually enhances chance of getting pregnant. You can get at unity Pharmacy. Used before.. pregnant first time successful. Now pregnant again. But I really can't attribute it to the jelly but anyway you can try it.

If you are trying to conceive maybe try to extend foreplay so that the natural lubricant would increase. Alternatively sometimes when I'm out of lub, I use saliva. Lol
Reduce chances of conceiving I don't think so. But to help lubricate painless insertion it gets the job done.
