Does any mummies company always lack of human resources? Sigh.. my company only 3 people in a department and mostly are all chinese.. take leave or visit gynea also so difficult..

I'm working with my husband family. The office is run by 4 people only. It's very hard for me to make a move cause the 'upper' level people are always not in office so it's very difficult for me to take leave too. Even if i get to go and see a gynae, someone will drop me there and once after my doc visit is finished, they will send me back to office. basically i feel 'locked' to this company
