I was given garden leave upon informing my boss abt my pregnancy. However, aft i left the company, they informed the rest of the people in the company that i was sacked due to poor performance. Is there a way to fight for this case?

i'm sorry to hear about this. But asking you to leave due to pregnancy is not acceptable! have you report to MOM or called them for advice?
