Does FBM supposed to have a fishy & strong smell? Is that consider spoilt milk? Can we still feed LO if it's not spoilt & normal to have that smell? How Long can they be kept in freezer?

Hey Xiao Fen, no that is not spoilt. It is considered spoilt only if it has soured or turned rancid. Yes you can still feed LO. Yes it is normal for fbm due to lipase. Personally I couldnt tolerate the strong and fishy smell and I almost puked when I thawed it. Many suggestions to handle it. Add some freshly ebm to the thawed fbm.
