Lack of Sleep
Hi! Does anyone here take, or considered taking melatonin? I am a breastfeeding mom that works at night. I really find it hard to sleep at dawn after shift, or during my 1 year old's afternoon nap. Any suggestions on what I could do?

i take melatonin! 2 hours dapat before bedtime. but i also drink sleep tea. the brand is loyd, bought from s&r. ok din siya for me.
