Rash or allergy?

Does anyone know what are these red spots? Are they rash? Or allergy? No change in detergent or soap for my 1 month old.

Currently SAHM. Firstborn in 2020. Second born in 2022. TTC for the 3rd time. ?

heat rash or baby acne. my LO was like this too. ill sponge twice a day with just water or your normal soap. it went away naturally in 2 weeks.
