Does anyone here have any diet meal plans?

Are you referring to DIY diet meal plans or the deliveries? I have tried meal deliveries like Plan Eat and The Sexy Chef before and I lose weight. However, I cannot sustain it for a long time because of the cost. What I am doing now is proper food proportioning based on our menu at home. That way, I still get a balanced meal but still controlled.
