Does anyone have any diaper changing tips or hacks to share?

My baby loves to pee at the moment when we change her diaper, so to combat that, we always put her on the IKEA inflatable changing mat. It's a foam padded cushion and is washable. If pee or poo gets onto it, we just hose it down with water and scrub it clean. Get an absorbent brand such as Moony or Merries which is comfortable and lasts for hours so you don't have to change the diaper as frequently.
