Does anyone foods that are good immunity boosters for me and for my 1 year old? We've both been getting sick a lot recently. Thanks

A healthy and well balanced diet is highly recommended. Have a mix of fruits and vegetables such as oranges, strawberries, green beans and carrots are good choices as these immunity-building phytonutrients like vitamin C and carotenoids. In addition, having ample sleep and plenty of fluid is important to help the body fully recover from any illnesses and to help strengthen the system to prevent falling ill again. Going to the parks for fresh air and a dose of vitamin D (from the sun) may help too! :)
