Actually, it is not the age that matters! It is how strong and able-bodied, coupled with her past experience that determines whether she is up to it or not. My mom is 68 vs my mil who is 63. My mil looks and behaves much elderly than my mom. She is also not as strong as my mom and my mil certainly cannot squat not sit on low stool to bathe a NB. So age-wise at 60 something, hard to give a definite answer...Maybe have a chat with the CL, ask her questions that will help you have a better understanding prior to engaging her.
