250mg folic acid too little?
My doctor prescribe me a Prenatal Multivitamins with folic acid with a dosage of 250mg. Im still at my early stage of pregnancy. Kindly advise if having 250mg of folic acid is too little?

If it is prescribed by your doctor, it should be sufficient. You can also supplement with food which is high in folate such as leafy green vegetables such as spinach, beans, peas, lentils, citrus fruits, eggs, broccoli etc.
I took this and still take folic acid.. healthy baby out 4mth+ now
