Down Syndrome Test

Will the doctor inform us after we deliver if our newborn is a DS child? I did not take the test during pregnancy.

Doc did asked which tests we wanted to go with, one of them u can do it when u r abt 10 weeks into pregnancy, another one is 20 weeks
