Sy pun diagnosed with anxiety a few months ago, walaupun sy sdiri ex student psychology. But at least sbb sy ada basic sikit, so bila self help sy rasa mcm x brp membantu, sy cpt2 dptkan help. My other family members pun x tahu ❤️🌹🙏. Masih ramai x fhm ttg mental health. Pdhl lebih kurg mcm physical health shj, beza nya mental health bukan di badan ❤️ Bercerita dgn yg professional (psychologist, therapist) akan byk membantu berbanding bercerita dgn org yg x ada latar blkg psikologi. Mainly because yg ada ilmu dlm bidang tu, diorg akan dgr dan berikan respon yg x akan ganggu keputusan anda, malah akan bantu you berfikir sendiri ttg mslh you. Pernah tak you alami keadaan where you 'meluahkan' perasaan, then in that exact moment, you have an epiphany or some sort. Mcm tiba2 eh ya kan. Aa mereka yg dlm bidang yg betul, akan buat anda lebih byk capai tahap mcm tu sebab mereka x akan menyampuk, tak akan bagi nasihat, tak akan judge you. They jusy simple listen and give remarks and make you feel validated. Bagi nasihat ni, mcm org tua2 sllu ckp, bkn semua orang yg meluah nak minta nasihat tp sekadar melepaskan pekung di dada. Tapi masyarakat kita ni, memang tak lari dari nak memaksa bagi orang nasihat dan paksa orang nak terima nasihat mereka. Bagi yg ada agama tak kira apa agama apa pun, kalau agama you sembahyang church, you try to go to church. Klu agama you Islam and you're a guy, biasakan diri solat di masjid, meanwhile klu islam and woman, biasakan diri solat awal waktu dalam rumah. Baca bible/Quran etc depending on your religion. It helps. Some way or another. Basically : - If you have a religion, try increasing your spiritual life - If you have provoking thoughts, try to address them as soon as possible and then say 5 things you can see in front of you, and if you hv a religion, berzikir ikut agama masing2. It helps to decrease those provoking thoughts - Exercise regularly. 2 minutes a day is better than 0 minutes - Try to eat as healthy as possible. As in reduce processed foods, and consume more real foods that you hv to cook or make from scratch like steam vegetables, fruits, steamed fish, etc - Each time a provoking thought enters your mind, try to accept it as your mind trying to help you. But in the same time, correct it. Cth: 'Ahhh.. Sudahh.. Dia sdg sindir saya ni' dan pujuk otak ke 'Alaahhh biar lah dia nak cakap apa pun. Itu mulut dia.' or anything yg suitable. It helped me a lot.
