Do you go to bed earlier now that you are a dad? I definitely do so that I am up before my son is up.

I can't say much for my ex-husband, he has been absent and non-existent since the birth of my son but I know many daddy friends who have completely changed their sleeping habits because of their kids. They sleep earlier, became much light sleepers and wake up at the slightest sounds and also are early risers.
