Do you go to bed earlier now that you are a dad? I definitely do so that I am up before my son is up.

I know a lot of my friends who are daddys now try to reach home as early as possible to spend the night with their babies/toddlers. From what I know, they sleep around midnight and wake up around the same time as their children. Most told me that the morning period is like a war zone with a lot of activities around the house. The adults will be preparing to go out, the little ones are up and clamoring for attention.
