Agree ka bang dapat mapasa ang Divorce Bill?

Agree naman ako, pero dapat maayos ang batas with the provisions needed to ensure the protection and preservation of Filipino families. Like, it should be accessible to all, regardless of financial status and just like the process of annulment, it should be strict in such a way na it should meet certain requirements first. Like, a certain amount of marriage counseling should've been undergone by the couple first; or cases with infidelity, physical and/ or psychological/ emotional abuse should have separate procedures with corresponding criminal liabilities for the offending party, etc. Kapag yung reason ng couple for divorce ay yung simpleng incompatibility lang, nagsawa na, etc., ito dapat yung may mga hefty fines to both parties para talagang mag-isip isip muna yung couple bago sila magdecide magpakasal at divorce. Also, I think there should be provisions for the sanctity of religious marriage. Like, churches should have the right to refuse marriage of divorced individuals, if that is their belief. So that divorcees will always have the right to marry/ remarry under civil marriage but not always under religious rites, if that is the institution's belief and practice.
