Mommies of kids 3 & up, gaano ka sumasang-ayon na big factor ang milk sa pagtulong sa digestion?

saks lang. I have no way to find out kung nakakahelp kasi marami na rin silang kinakain at iniinom na nakakatulong sa pag aid ng digestion. pero kung may halong fiber and/or probiotics yung milk, I think it would still help. 😊

Yes big factor ang milk sa pag tulong sa digestion. But this is not the only way. Iba iba rin ang mga baby. Gaya ng kaalaman ng iba minsan nakakapag pa bagal rin ito lalo pag sobra na. Balance diet of nutrients ang sagot.

agree but not 100% kasi minsan merong milk na parang di gaano okay sa digestion ni baby. Meron din kasing mga gatas na nakakapag patigas ng poop ng bata, in my own opinion lang po base sa own experience sa anak ko ☺️

I’m between disagree and neutral, neutral cause I know milk can sometimes make unpleasant reaction to our stomach, not only us adult, but also for kids and babies. It also slow down digestion if im not mistaken po.

It really depends on the baby. Every baby is different. But we should always remember whenever we give them milk, we should give them water after too. And of course, proper diet and nutrients.

Big factor ang milk sa Pag tulong sa digestion kaya Dapat tayo pumili ang milk na maganda for them. Kasi simula nakapili ako ng gatas na okay sakanya okay din ang digestion nya.

I agree that milk helps in digestion especially sa children. Pero I think it depends sa type of milk and consumption ng milk. Its always best to check in parin sa pedia

agreed pero di po totally.. kasi may ibang milk po na nag cause ng pagtigas ng poopoo ni baby.. in my opinion lng po.. at meron din po na medyo parang super lambot nman

agree naman ako sa milk kaso minsan pag umiinom sya Ng milk napansin ko kinakabag sya' kaya madalas papalit palit kami Ng milk mas ok pa din Ang tubig sa fruits

Yes Malaking Tulong din naman ang Milk para sa pag digest but sasabayan din natin ito ng ibang paraan gaya ng pag inom ng tubig at pagkain ng prutas.
