diabetic mummy and normal delivery

My baby was close to 3.2 kg at birth. Most of meals were prepared at home and I kept it simple and plain (without much seasoning from condiments) and rice also reduced half of portion and went for whole grains mostly.

I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during pregnancy and was able to deliver by normal birth through diet control.

i went for csec cos of other complications not related to GD.. ny baby turned out to be not very big just under 3.2kg
