Dear parents, Do you put anything on bb's gum when bb is teething? My LO is 9mths old & is in the midst of teething & been very cranky for the past few days. TIA!!

I didnt apply anything. All these hv chemicals n i cant imagine my baby swallowing all those stuffs.. U can try using a cloth soaked in ice water (use cooled boiled water) and wrap it up around one finger to press gently on e gums or juz let ur baby bite on it for awhile. It will help to soothe. Can try getting a teether too.

U can use teething gel - it is safe. Come-on, KK uses them! I don't know why cannot use something that children's doctors use as a norm. U can give Icey posicles or put the teethers in the fridge and then give them or give them teething rusk to bite on for their frustration / itchy gums

I didn't put too because a while back US released reports on some teething gel which is harmful to babies. I can't be bothered to check which brands so I tot just don't apply anything.

i used a teething gel to soothe and numb those gums. it give me some sanity too for those middle night screaming

I didn't put anything on my LO teeth but many mummies are putting teething gel
