Dear Mummies, I'm kinda confused over the lifespan of the breastmilk. If the chilled breastmilk is warmed up till and kept at 40 degree c., how long can it last? still 4 hrs?

My suggestion is to warm it up but don't keep it in the warmer as higher temperature encourage bacteria growth. Seems to have some confusion here. I believe this chart will help you ladies a lot! :)
