It is normal. Unless you are spotting, then go to A&E/your gynae straight. Try to rest more and eat well. No raw food. Don’t exercise unless you have been exercising regularly before your pregnancy. Stay safe!!

I have the same experiences as well and i m coming 7 weeks. Just make sure no spotting or bleeding, or constant pain at the area. If have pls go to A&E or contact your gynecologist.

Yes normal, its our uterus expanding. This will continue until we are 6-8 weeks. But if you see any bleeding then go to hosp asap

omg me too. i keep feeling them like period cramps but its about 30% of the pain.

Super Mum

It's normal. :) I experience it during early weeks of pregnancy.
