8 month baby nappy rash

Dear Mommy, would like to seek an advise.. Afterr my baby born, kkh recommended huggies platinum diaper.. but last month i change to Huggies Airsoft, to my horror, he develop nappy rash.. as i though its normal, i apply pureen cream, along the way i ask for desitin cream (purple colour) when we went for his follow up checkup. Again... and now its getting worsen nappy rash, yesterday i brought him to clinic and docter prescribe inflamation cream.. but nothing change.. my question is, should i change back to huggies platinum? Even now if i apply cream but no point because the nappy rash can be seen blood . As i though same brand and no problem if i change to sofe huggies . Pls advise mummy...
