Post vaccination fever or pain

My daughters would usually get fever or feel a bit ill or in pain (in the area where they got injected) after getting a vaccine. We were prescribed to give Tempra for pain or pamamaga. Kayo what do you do?

painum po ng tempra.. then lagyan agad ng cold compress yung area where they got injected.. turo po yan ng nurse. hope makatulong 🙂
