Dads, how do you keep yourselves in shape while still finding time for work and spending time with your family?

My husband hits the gym MWF and spends at least one and a half hour soon as he gets home from work - around 5pm. Then after that he does the chores at home which main focus is on our baby's stuff. He disciplines himself by having a schedule/ time table.

Actually, I am not that type of dad who loves to workout. I'm not that athletic as I am mostly in front of the computer. I usually bond with my family by playing Xbox (Just Dance and some other kinect games) that's my kind of workout. hehe
