yes.. 1. take your pre and probiotics 2. find if you have food triggers or timing triggers - soybean milk triggers for me, as well as night time meals. so I can only eat if hungry and not when it's time for dinner 3. some other moms have similar to this and find that it helps them when taking early dinner i.e. 5pm. I tried but this method doesn't work for me. 4. i stack pillows and sleep at an angle where I'm nearer to sitting up and not lying flat
