Breast lumps before pregnancy

Hi mummies to be, I have fibroadenomas (lumps) in my breasts before my pregnancy and I have been going to kkh every year for ultrasounds for review. For my current pregnancy, I experienced bleeding for quite some time and was given duphaston n proluton jabs. Was worried that these hormone pills might affect the lumps but yet it seems necessary to take them to support my pregnancy. Just wondering if any mummies had similar experiences.
