Upper Abdominal Pain (3rd trimester)

Currently at 29th week and experiencing more regular pain at upper abdomen (left top and above belly button). Pain persists from a few hours to half a day for these 2 days. No bleeding and cramps. As I am too worried, we went to see our gynae this evening and luckily everything is okay, baby is healthy and active. Probably uterus is expanding and stretch my muscle. Anyone experience this before? I had a miscarriage previously at about 6th week. Has been extra cautious for this pregnancy and finally I am in 3rd trimester. Baby please be healthy and let us be strong together with smooth delivery in Dec 😊
