Location of pain

Hi I had upper stomach cramps and mild cramps all over the circumference of my belly. It lasted quite long from night before to next day afternoon. My belly feels tight too. The pain is bearable but just wondering if this is common for 3rd trimester. I’m in my 31st week. Can braxton hicks happen all around the belly?

Thanks! But I read that braxton Hicks only happens at lower stomach. So I was a little concerned if my pains are due to it
