ako lang. fitness routine: hand washing (kasi wala kaming washing machine), clean the little room, wipe the floor with my bear hands, going up and down thru the stairs for 1-3minutes. 20 weeks preggy
ako lang busy sya tapos magkalayo pa, i do cardio workout at konting aerobics at 16/8 fasting. sobrang laki ko na kasi kaya need gumalaw galaw
rider kami ng motor now buntis ako inis na inis sya kasi kahit malaki na tyan ko nag pupumilit parin ako mag motor 🤣
Yes but it was before when we we’re together pa, we go jog and walking together every day offs
We used to bike! As in everyday. Bike to work and at weekend, we're doing long rides. Atleast 100kms. ride.
madalas hindi kami nagkakasabay magworkout, maybe because part ng me-time namin yun kaya we do it alone
Before.. sabay kami ng wworkout and ngjjogging pero ngayon no comment na. 😅
