Your ultrasound does look like a girl, but if you want to really confirm again, maybe check with your gynae? Mine looks like this. (like yours) But during my detailed scan at week 20, sonographer double confirmed gender with me.

Hi Mama, I’m not a doctor so it’s going to be hard to recognise the gender in a ultrasound. Have your doctor already told you so? I think that’s more reliable. If you’re still unsure maybe buy neutral colours?
looks like boy to me...but better wait to confirm with doc before u go shopping for clothes
Still to early to confirm from the scan. Better to check again with gynae.
