I just DIY tested pregnant today, should I visit the gynae tomorrow or there is no need to? Some of my friends advise to do a blood test at normal GP to confirm pregnancy, some advise to go straight to gynae.

Depending on which route you prefer. For private, call your preferred clinic (gynae) and schedule an appointment. I called mine at Week 5 and was given an appointment on Week 7.
For subsidised route, schedule an appointment with polyclinic or GP then get referral. 😊
