boleh amek decaf coffee. banyak je jual now. kalo decaf boleh minum tanpa bersalah. kalo suka starbucks boleh request utk decaf coffee. if coffee a cup or two max per day should be ok. caffein comes in varies. even dlm tea, choc pun ada caffein so make sure not more than 200mg per day. 💖
