high risk po for complication yung age like pwede po mag taas yung BP, or yung sugar. Basta regular check up po sa OB wala namang problema. and sa birth defect naman po not true. it will happen lng kng meron sa genes nyu or hindi kau tetake ng prenatal vitamins esp. yung folic acid.
