If you read the label of the formula milk carefully, you will notice most of the nutrients in it are sugar, artificial chemical that are hard to be digested and breakdown by their body. At 16 months, you can give them fresh milk as supplement on top of their solid intake. If they are taking solid well, there is actual no need for additional milk intake as they can get most of nutrients from solid as long as you ensure a well balanced meal which include green leafy vegetables/tofu etc that are rich in calcium.

You can offer fresh milk as snack. However it is better for your child to take formula milk as there are more nutrients value in formula milk e.g. iron, probiotics and other vitamins. It is recommended that to offer formula milk until preschool age.

Yes of course. Full cream fresh milk or another alternative would be fresh goats milk from hay diaries which can be delivered to your place directly from the farm or purchased at Prime Supermarket. It comes in chocolate flavor as well.

I think that would be too young. At least 2 years old I feel..

thanks
