Can I give durum wheat pasta to my toddler?

I agree about checking for wheat allergies first. Also make sure the size of the pasta you choose is not too big for her to eat/swallow. The little pasta stars are a good start.

- Any mummies giving while wheat bread to your baby? My gal is 8 months old and likes bread a lot. I wonder if i should avoid whole wheat food
If your baby is ok, why not, i start straight with brown rice and wholemeal bread, they taking well and digesting well. The only concern is scare they will constipate hence need to let them having enough fluids to help with digestion. Or fruits like prunes etc too.Rekha Sharma
