Can anyone recommend anniversary celebration idea?

Revisit where he proposed! Or sign up for a class or try some new activity to do together. Cooking class, art jamming, pottery. Or have a staycation, better yet, a mini vacation over the weekend to enjoy some quality couple time. Doesn't really matter what the activity is, what matters most is the company. :)
