C section recovery
C section mummies, is overhang normal after surgery? Am 2 weeks pp and concerned about the overhang. Will it go away next time or anything we can do. Also, the hair growing around the wound is itching, is it OK to shave or just leave it as it is. Thank u
Very normal! Thats why need to use binder for as long as you can. It helps “keep” it together. I only felt better when wearing binder if not really feel like everything falling down. I started PP massage 4 weeks after. And slowly youll slim down and tummy will shrink a little. Binder hot tummy oil also helps. But anyways, csect will have mummy pouch. Im 14m pp i still have a medium size tummy that looks like im 4 months preggy As for hair growing, i did sugaring few days before so hair didnt grow until a month kater or so. But i wouldnt shave. Esp at incision. Shaving might cause infection and thats really the last thing you want on your fresh incision. Leave it
