Probably Braxton-Hicks contractions. The discharge is very normal:) No need to go to the hospital. The labour contractions are a lot more painful. And the ‘show’ is like a blood clot with mucus. If this is your first pregnancy, you’ll usually progress slower, so if you can bear with the pain, you can go in when your contractions are about 5-10min apart, or if your water bag has burst/is leaking. If the pain is unbearable, then you can go earlier for pain relief
