Ilanh oras ang tinatagal ng breast milk pag wla sa ref or freezer??

i follow a guideline. if bagong pump, 4 hours if room temperature is 25C and below. if mainit ang panahon, 2 hours max kami. if galing sa ref, 1-2 hours max. kapag nadede at hindi pa naubos, 1 hour max. kaya papaubos na namin bago mag 1hr.
