May bleeding po ako kahapon, then total bed rest po ako simula kahapon. Kagabe till this morning patak patak na lang po... Continues din po inom ko ng duphaston. No need daw po punta muna sa clinic sabi ni Dra. Iniisip din ng relatives ko bk lalo ako makalog habang nagbibiyahe kaya bed rest po ako. Kayo po nangyari po ba sa inyo ito? Ano po magandang gawin?

Stay hydrated and don't move too much. It will be fine. Ganyan din ako sa first trimester ko. Basta di naman madami, don't be too alarmed. Relax and eat what you like.
