I am in my 4th to 5th week of pregnancy and i am experiencing some bleeding. Is it normal?

Hi! I had bleeding at wk6-7. Went to check gynae and asked if it’s normal. She said it’s common but not normal. Altho nothing to worry about, they just make you take meds and make sure to only do light work.
