My child fell off the bed before too. I will monitor him for 24 hours - to make sure nothing is unusual. If he is eating well, no vomit or fever, no bleeding or serious bruise, not showing signs of discomfort etc then should be okay. However, if the bump is still there for quite a while, then better to bring to hospital for a scan.
my daughter is clumsy too. she bumps her head every week. things to look out for is vomiting, fever, or being lethargic. if your child is not as active as he should be then you need to bring him to the doctor. otherwise just keep an eye for these..
I monitored at home first for a few hours. Watch if he vomit, become very sleepy or behave differently. If any of those happen then I bring to urgent care straight away. Otherwise can observe at home and give comfort
My advise, just bring to doctor for a check … they are young and fragile soo pls go and let doctor check
Check if got sleepiness or keep crying non-stop. Those are warning signs.
My PD say if fall less than own height, usually okay. But monitor 24 hrs.
I rmb my daughter once fell off sofa, I cry more than her LOL.
