Is it best to save for a condo unit or a brand new house? What is advisable for my future family?

Brand new house definitely. Pag condo unit kasi, usually 50 yrs lang ang tinatagal ng mga condo buildings. Plus pag sarili mong bahay, you can choose the interior and everything. Anyways, I hope you have decided na po depending on what's best for your family 😉
