Adakah ibu pernah bersalin pada waktu pandemik/pkp ?

Dec 2020 - alone in the maternity ward for 7 days to deliver my 1st baby, no family visits allowed at both hospitals & at home due to PKPD in my house area during my confinement period...Plus my parents stayed in a different state - flight was the only option they can travel from East Malaysia, my sister was around but because of the PKPD, nothing can be done from her end...as 1st time parents, that was by far the worst moments of our lives (hubs & mine) as i was struggling to keep myself together & my husband had to be the alert 24/7...i have been struggling with mental health issues since then. Thankfully i have all the supports from family & friends. Still not 100% recovered from the trauma but life must go on.
