Been working from home since covid and only went back office on certain days. Currently I'm in week 7 and feeling so restless and lethargic, after meals feel nausea and uncomfortable.
As I do not have much work to do, only gets busy during mth end, I felt bad to just laze at home when I'm WFH, I would just rest on sofa, either watching TV, scrolling social media or take short nap.
My manager (doesn't know I'm preg yet) has ask me to pick up some courses during this period but I'm not in the mood. I've tried to attend online free course but nothing goes in my brain as I couldnt concentrate.
Sometimes, I feel lousy and I cried. I feel like I am just wasting my time having each day passes and do nothing. But I'm really not in the mood and no motivation.
Is it normal?
