Week 25 constipation
Been having constipation from week 23 till now. I took up probiotics but didn’t really help, any mum can share if you have any remedies please? 🙏🏻
Take a small cup of prune juice before you sleep! Of course chase it down with some water because of the sugar content. Next morning you’ll be on the toilet!! Works for me every time.
I drank prune juice and ate prunes also. It helps sometimes. For times it didn’t help, I took stool softener & it is out within an hour.
U r not alone. Many mummies constipate too including me. Try drinking prune juice, it really helps! Drink about 200ml per alternate days
Try to take dragonfruit with empty stomach, before breakfast. See if it helps☺️
Took Duphalac when necessary. 10ml 2x a day was what my gynae recommended.
I bought stool softener over the counter that is Safe for pregnancy.
Request for lactulose to soften bowels and help in constipation.
me too 😩 I find that eating papaya works for me.
